A two night minimum stay applies for some peak weekends.
Methods of Payment
Cash, Direct Debit, Visa & Mastercard.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
For stays of one or more nights, the deposit required is the full cost of one night's accomodation.
There will be no charge if cancellation is notified to us more than 21 days prior to the check in date. Your total deposit/payment will be refunded.
Cancellation between 7 and 21 days before check in date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit paid. 50% of your deposit, plus any additional payments made will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days before check in date will result in the forfeiture of the total deposit paid. Additional payments will be refunded.
There will be no refunds of any deposits/payments in the case of non-arrival of guests where no notice has been given.
There will be no refunds for early departures.

Check In: After 2pm
Check Out: Before 10am

Vehicle & Belongings
The Hosts accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any car, its contents, or any baggage or personal belongings.
The guest is legally responsible for all breakages and damage caused by the guests and any cost of repair or replacement is payable to the Hosts on demand.
